Optima Refresher

The Second Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem Program is hosting a training of interest to volunteer guardians ad litem.

Join us on Tuesday, November 20, 2018 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at our offices on Thomasville Road for Optima Refresher.

Optima is our web-based case management system, which provides volunteers with instant access to information on the cases that they are assigned.

• Learn how to enter child visit information into Optima without using the guidelines.

• Learn how to maintain your continuing education credit hours.

• Ask any questions you have about working in Optima.

• Please bring your laptop.

Participants may receive one-and-a-half (1.5) hours of continuing education credit. Afterward, report your hours using Optima.

The training is free. You can download a print flyer, register to attend and submit questions to the event contact below.
