The Second Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem Program is hosting a training of interest to volunteer guardians ad litem and staff.
Join us on Monday, March 21, 2016 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at our offices on Thomasville Road for Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.
Participants will be able to listen to the voice of a victim, a survivor of commercial sexual exploitation as well as learn about the following related topics.
- Child sex trafficking within the continuum of child abuse
- The impact of stigma and labeling
- The overlapping identities of trafficked youth
- The role of advocates when working with trafficked youth
Participants may receive two (2) hours of continuing education credit. Afterward, report your hours quickly and easily using our eForm.
