The Second Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem Program is hosting a training of interest to volunteer guardians ad litem.

Join us on Thursday, June 25, 2015 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at our offices on Thomasville Road for Postsecondary Options for Older Youth with Disabilities.

Three presenters will each lead a discussion regarding opportunities for high school students with disabilities in our community to access academic, vocational or other postsecondary learning opportunities. A question and answer session will follow.

The speakers include Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor Jessica Lanese with the Florida Department of Education; Fundraising Director Allison Tant Richard with Keys to Exceptional Youth Successes; and Policy and Training Consultant Amanda Armetta with Workforce Investment Act.

Participants may receive two (2) hours of continuing education credit. Afterward, report your hours quickly and easily using our eForm.
