Parents of the Panhandle Information Network (POPIN) and the Second Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem Program are hosting a training of interest to volunteer guardians ad litem and staff.
Join us on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at our offices on Thomasville Road for Differentiated Instruction, part of our Exceptional Student Education Institute.
Participants will learn about differentiated instruction, also known as differentiated learning. We will demonstrate the impact today's technology has on teaching and on developing a child's literacy skills, language development, reading and writing skills.
These low cost or free programs are methods that will provide varying instructional strategies that can be used at home and school. Learn fun, practical methods that can be taught to every child with any learning preference at any age.
The training will be presented by Kathy Powell, Program Director of the Parents of the Panhandle Information Network, a program of the Family Network on Disabilities.
Participants may receive two (2) hours of continuing education credit. Afterward, report your hours quickly and easily using our eForm.
The training is free. You can download the event flyer and register with the event contact below.
