The Palmer Munroe Teen Center is hosting a community outreach and continuing education event of interest to volunteer guardians ad litem, staff, families and youth.
Join them on Friday, October 25, 2013 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM for a Community Bullying Prevention Fair and Halloween Bash.
The event will feature learning sessions as well as fun activities for the entire family.

- Breakout Sessions for Younger Kids
Students will have an opportunity to learn what it means to be a bystander to bullying. The sessions will help kids brainstorm ways to overcome the fear of getting involved and provide them with strategies for taking a stand against name-calling and bullying. Students will then be able to apply these principles by role-playing solutions.
The fair is sponsored by Parents, Providers and Community Advocating for Children Together (PACT), Center for Autism and Related Disabilities (CARD), Parents of the Panhandle Information Network (POPIN) and Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS).
Participants may receive two (2) hours of continuing education credit. Remember, you can report your hours online quickly and easily.
