Are you interested in making a real difference in the life of a child? Would you like to learn more about becoming a volunteer guardian ad litem?

Stop by the Greenshade African Methodist Episcopal Church in Quincy between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM on Saturday, May 18, 2013 for the Women of Excellence Outreach Ministry "Youth Stop the Violence!" community outreach day.

Volunteers and members of the Second Judicial Circuit Guardian ad Litem Program Volunteer Recruitment Committee (VRC) will be on hand to speak with the public, answer questions and provide information on our program and what we do.

In addition, the event will feature free food, a free clothes giveaway, fun activities including a fashion show and musical performances, free health information and tables with representatives from other local organizations.

Our friendly volunteers are looking forward to meeting you and having the opportunity to discuss the rewards of becoming a guardian ad litem.

We hope to see you there!
