Serving Franklin, Gadsden, Jefferson, Leon, Liberty and Wakulla counties in the Big Bend region with nonprofit partner Guardian ad Litem Foundation Second Circuit, Inc., our program is part of a statewide coalition of volunteers, community supporters and professional staff advocating for the best interests of abused and neglected children.
