Florida's Center for Child Welfare and the Florida Quality Parenting Initiative are hosting a web-based training of interest to volunteer guardians ad litem.

Join them on Thursday, August 28, 2014 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM for Life Skills Training: Employment.

City of Life, with help from partner Goodwill Industries of Central Florida, has successfully operated a program to secure jobs, job experience, job skills and resources for foster youth in Central Florida.

Presenting the webinar, City of Life President Patrick Buffa and Kristie Burk with Goodwill will share information on resources and techniques foster parents can use to assist youth preparing to enter the workforce.

Participants may receive one (1) hour of continuing education credit. Afterward, report your hours quickly and easily using our eForm.
