One way that volunteer guardians ad litem can earn continuing education credit hours is to read a select group of articles, documents and presentations on our website.

While the entire group of articles for fiscal year 2014-2015 are not ready, a new document called "Closing the Gap: Cultural Perspectives on Family-Driven Care" is now available. This is the second article published, joining a normalcy presentation added on September 26, 2013.

Volunteers who read "Closing the Gap" may receive one (1) hour of continuing education credit. Remember, you can report your hours online quickly and easily.

As always, we will announce future additions and updates here on the blog and on Twitter. If you have any questions about continuing education, please email christine.gornik@gal.fl.gov.
